Small habits that improve self-image

Self-image changes when you repeatedly keep small promises to yourself.

Why it matters

Your self-image is shaped by what you repeatedly experience yourself doing. That is why tiny promises matter. They create evidence that you are someone who follows through.

How to practise it

Choose habits that are almost impossible to overthink: opening your journal, drinking water before your phone, breathing for sixty seconds, reviewing one goal. Small does not mean insignificant.

A daily aligned step

The habit is a message. Every completed repetition says, quietly, I can support myself.
