How to stop living on autopilot

Autopilot lifts when you pause long enough to notice what is driving your day.

Why it matters

Autopilot often feels like busyness, but underneath it is usually disconnection. You are moving, responding and performing, yet not quite choosing.

How to practise it

A reset can be simple: name your current state, name what matters today, and choose one aligned action before the day pulls you elsewhere.

A daily aligned step

The aim is not to control every hour. It is to create a moment of authorship inside the day you already have.

Reflection prompt

What would change today if you gave this idea ten quiet minutes instead of waiting for a perfect reset?
